  1. Can we attempt the poem chant thingy on the magic door? Do we have any way of knowing if we have all the lines?

    1. You suspect that you are missing one verse (as you did not defeat the haunt) but there could be others.

To try to open the door, you will likely need to face the haunt in that room again as a fair amount of time has passed since you were last there.

  2. Let's clear this level before going up or down.

    1. Do you mean that you want to head back to the Grand Hall and attempt to open the door again and possibly re-encounter the haunt?

All other rooms on this level have been explored.

The other options are going down the stair/dumbwaiter in the room next door going up the stairs near the Grand Hall and Trophy Room.

    2. Are we still a verse short? Sorry for my short-term-only memory(: But yes, let's try it if we probably have the complete anthem.

Otherwise, go up the stairs behind the theater if no one else has any druthers.

    3. You suspect that you are missing a verse from the Trophy Room haunt. You may still be missing others.

To try opening the door again means that you would likely need to face the haunt in the Grand Hall again. It was the stone construct made of debris that looked like an evil necromancer.

The unexplored areas lay down the stairs near where you are currently (room with dumbwaiter) or up the stairs near the Grand Hall and Trophy Room.

    4. Ok, let's go up the stairs behind the theater -- I think that's the Grand Hall (not the trophy room).

  3. Fine with pushing on. Knowing we may have to go back for the one haunt in the Grand Hall. Would like to rest before going back again anyway.

  4. If the casters need a rest we'll take a rest. We'll need them fully loaded if we want to take on more haunts.

  5. "I think we need to face that haunt again to get the verse, I know a thing or two about verse and when you don't have the whole thing it just sounds like mouth noises" Cando says thoughtfully. If the casters need to rest before we face another, then lets get them rested.

  6. I think you just had a rest not too long ago (2 encounters back). If you want to rest again where would you like to do so?

Assuming that you press on, where to next? Trophy Room to try to get the missed verse, Grand Hall to try to open the door stain, down stairs or up stairs?

  7. Barnacleez does not need to rest. And is ready for whatever we decide.

  8. "If we're still perky let's suss out the next floor, aye?

  9. Yep. Let's go up the stairs. That's fine.
