Map Key:

The stairs start in W10 and end in V19. The rise is 30 feet.
The fortress gate is in R19 and S18.
Orange-tan squares are the brown substance from pots (V11, V12, V13, U14, V14, V15, V16 ).
Arrow pointing down is a rope. It is a 25’ climb from U17 to V17.

      Wahesh missed the roll by 1 or 2. The target to identify a natural hazard is 15+CR. In this case the target was 17.

    Pretty much a double move I think, because I am short. lol

    1. There are walls but there is no cover from above if that is what you are looking for.

      The gate description again:

      A piecemeal steel and iron fence runs between two wooden buildings. A seven-foot-tall wooden gate constructed from fragments of tower shields blocks a crudely cut hole in the fence, while wooden stairs lead down the side of the rock face.

    1. @Matt H - I went with the spell as is could be done as a standard action. Since you were staggered, I figured that was your only choice to be healed.
