There is a free boon for your -1 PFS character. This will be especially handy for Joe but may benefit some of the rest of you too. Check it out at http://paizo.com/include/WelcomeToPathfinder.zip

For the purposes of this game, this will only impact Joe. He, at the very least, should get one of these.
