    1. Where you are currently, that will only heal you. If you moved to directly under the stairs, you might be able to get Cando too.

    2. I will try to heal Cando, if I am out of the area of effect. I will not last another blast of that crap.

  2. Until Barnacleez can figure a way up the cliffs of insanity, he will continue to cover the more productive members as they figure this out.

    1. As the mold will deal damage again, Cando is likely to be knocked unconscious before he acts.

I am trying to find a ruling for when the mold deals damage when a creature is currently within its area of effect. Is it at the start of the turn or if you end your movement within, etc. So far noting definitive.

I am willing to hear your opinions if you have any.

    2. @Matt H - I am going to rule that as long as you move out of the area of effect (i.e. more than 5 feet away) by the end of your move, then you will not take more damage even if the mold expands again this turn.

  4. "Right, there wont be anythin nasty waitin on the other side o the gate, will there?"

Can I squeeze or climb around the building? I dont like the idea of climbing right over the gate.

    1. You can move along the cliff's edge and try to climb the wall at N21 instead.

  5. Lol, I was kind of waiting to see what plan would emerge then join that. It looks like another round will see the Brown Mold cover the landing at the gate making it inaccessible and maybe take out Cando and Ro-Mahn (serious no bueno).

Let me freeball a couple of ideas:

-We could all fall back, regroup, heal up, then attack with a plan maybe at multiple points so that our invisible enemy can't hit everyone at the same time.

    And/Or

-Would Lou G-Boo be willing+able to scale the cliff at a couple of points and tie a rope the rest of us could scale? Maybe at U3/U4 and H22?

This turn, Wahesh will look to see if there's a climbable way up, bow drawn in case a target appears.

    d20: 11, 4, 11, 18, 17.

  6. I had thought about having Lou G'Boo climb up, but she is tiny, with a str of 3, and I do not have a rope.
Keith if I had a rope do you think she could climb up (climb speed =30') and fasten a rope. I kind of doubt it, but I have to ask.
At least I could Mage Armor her, and have her scout around.

    1. With a 3 STR, Lou G'Boo can carry up to 10 lbs at a light encumbrance. A rope weighs 10 lbs. It is 30 ft to the top of the cliff so with a climb speed of 30, she could climb that as a move action.

    2. So the proposed plan is:

Barnacleez will full move toward the group.

Wahesh will move to you and give the rope to Lou G'Boo

Lou G'Boo will finish moving to the cliff and climb to the top (also a full move).

Someone at the top would need to secure the rope if you wanted it completed this round.

    3. I will tie off the rope. I'll position myself so that when I fall unconscious I dont fall off the cliff.
