    Barnacleez thinks to himself, 'Well coming to the secret back door may not give us the advantage that we had hoped it would. Seeing as they have already killed the guards. We should probably be ready for some bad guys.'

    Barnacleez will cast mage armor on himself,
    before sneaking (d20=14+3=17) up to assist Ro-Mahn at
    listening (d20=8+11=19) at the door, giving him a +2

    Lou G'Boo is riding on Barneys shoulders, being quiet (d20=9+10=19)

    Remember, at best in the Surprise Round you will get only a single Move or Standard action.

    I forgot we were single file, it would probably not be in Barnacleez' best interest to be in the front. But i am going to cast that spell someday, oh yes there will be a casting. Barnacleez will work his way to the back of the party, to cover our rear quadrant.
