- Day Job roll
- Decision on the bonus chronicle - Are you taking the XP and Gold (and gaining another level) or just the 2PP and boons? I assume that everyone wants to extra level but you might not.
Once the chronicles are completed, I will get them to you as
soon as I can. Below are copies of the blank chronicles.
We can start the next adventure once I have the updated
character sheets. Please send me PDFs of your Hero Lab sheets so that I can link them to the site. Similar to this adventure, the next is broken into 3
parts. There are chronicles for each part plus a bonus chronicle. The first part can accommodate 4th to
6th level characters. I assume that we are proceeding with the same
guys but if anyone wants to play a different CORE character of the appropriate
level you may.
Notes: The cure light wounds wands from the Temple of
Erastil (original chronicle) will each gain 6 charges. You can purchase a single
potion from Pricknettle’s Potions and Poultices at a 30% discount (original chronicle).
Session has been reported.
ReplyDeleteDie roll of 19 +6 = 25 on Day Job
ReplyDeleteGoing the full extra level with the bonus chronicle?
DeleteI guess so....? Why wouldn't I? MOAR POWAH!!
DeleteThat is what I figured. :)
DeleteAnyone else with a day job roll? If I can get them by Monday, I can deliver the rest of the completed chronicles.
ReplyDeleteWill need the leveled up characters before we can proceed much further with the new adventure.
Sir! Regarding item purchase... I wanted to purchase a potion at a higher-than-minimum caster level. Legit or naw?
ReplyDeleteSame question but with a wand?
If it matters, Hero Labs lists them as valid items for purchase... I think I have all the appropriate boxes checked off for this guy, too.
TY for the info
Good question, I also want to get an item at a higher CL.
DeleteI will have to double check the guide. I k ow that you can do that if it is on a Chronicle but I am not sure otherwise. You also need to be mindful of the purchase value limit based on Fame.
ReplyDeleteNo higher than minimum caster level items can be purchased. From the Pathfinder Society Roleplaying Guild Guide v.10, p.21, "All potions, scrolls, and wands are available only at the minimum caster level unless found at a higher caster level on a Chronicle sheet."
ReplyDeleteYou spending limit for items at 18 Fame level is 5,250 GP.
Still looking for Day Job rolls from Matt F and Joe. Need to know if everyone is taking the extra level, gold and 6 PP. Once I have these, I can send the chronicle sheets.
ReplyDeleteLooking for character sheets from everyone.
Dayjob Roll
ReplyDeleteRoll(1d20)+0:
12,+0
Total:12 +6 = 18
I will try to work on the Character Sheet tonight.
DeleteJoe is foregoing his Day Job roll for roleplaying purposes. Wahesh will spend his downtime exploring and enjoying good drink and meals, eating up whatever extra funds he would acquire.
ReplyDeleteI will send out completed chronicles to everyone shortly.
I have seen preliminary copies of Wahesh and Stabem. Both need to add a level and do some rework.
I now have completed versions of Barnacleez and Wahesh.
ReplyDeleteOk question for all of you fine people.
ReplyDeleteA few questions: Paizo is down.
Extra Channel - Can only be taken 1 right?
We have the boots from the first adventure that are worth 100 gp. If you upgrade them to a magical pair of boots. So if I wanted a pair of boots for 5500 gold piece limit. I would only have to pay 5400. However, since it is over the cap of 5250 I can't buy them. However, if the boots were worth 500 gold pieces could I buy them?
What is the 2 piece fame buy up to 1750 for free (1 item)?
Hero Lab will allow you to purchase Extra Channel multiple times but rules as written only allow you to take the feat once. (I believe that this is listed in the Paizo FAQ but the site is currently down. d20pfsrd has the following to say - https://www.d20pfsrd.com/feats/general-feats/extra-channel-final/)
DeleteThe purchase cap is for the TOTAL price of the item. If it has a price greater that 5,250, you cannot purchase it unless it appears on a chronicle.
The shoes granted by the chronicles are quasi-masterwork. You would reduce the cost of a magic footwear item by 100 GP.
Drummady Laterna crafts you a pair of sturdy, perfectly fitting shoes accented with precious metals worth 50 gp. If you apply credit for all three chapters of Gallows of Madness to this character, Drummady provides additional ornamentation that increases the value of the shoes to 100 gp. When would purchase magic item that occupies the feet slot, you may apply enchantment directly to these shoes, reducing the price by the shoe’s value. These shoes count as jewelry for the purposes of accessorizing a courtier’s or noble’s outfit.
Spending 1 PP will allow you to purchase a single item up to a price of 150 GP for free. Sending 2 PP will allow you to purchase a single item up to a price of 750 GP for free. (You can combine multiple spells on a single scroll to reach the 750 GP price). You may do this once per chronicle.
DeleteNow have a completed Cando.
ReplyDeleteOk next question: Pathfinder Society Field Guide
ReplyDeleteDoes anything like this still exist? Another way to spend point?
Since the Core campaign only allows things from the Pathfinder RPG Core Rulebook, Pathfinder Society Roleplaying Guild Guide, and the Pathfinder RPG Character Traits Web Enhancement there are no vanities available or other ways to spend PP unless it is something that appears upon a chronicle sheet.
DeleteApparently I have had a completed Ro-Mahn for over a week.
ReplyDeleteMaybe if you were signed up to get emails when people posted something..
DeleteLol
Just need character sheets from Matt F and Steve to post the next turn.
ReplyDeleteI now have Lady Emyralda. Just waiting on Steve for a revised copy of Stabem.
ReplyDeleteI have received Stabem and have updated and posted the Character Summary document and all of the character sheets.
