  1. Ro-Mahn wears a puzzled look as he exits the mausoleum. "I thought there would be undead in there. Perhaps they're wandering about the manse?"

Anybody got a linguistics better than +5? Ro-Mahn will attempt the journal, or aid someone with a better score.
    Linguistics: 19

Once that's done, we move to the eastern doors of the mansion.

  4. "Somebody sure has a grudge against Saringallow -- enough to recruit goblins and raise giant bugs, all armed with demon bile. Sounds more like the kind of plan the pissed-off living would come up with than some haint. Guess we'll find out one way or the other."

East door is fine. Keep an eye out for traps and critters.

    1. Can we see into the mansion through any of the windows?

    2. The windows are dirty but you can view inside if you like. Each is barred. If you break the glass, medium-sized creatures would need to make an Escape Artist check to squeeze through. Small-sized or smaller creatures can pass through the bars without much trouble.

    3. What's stopping us from opening the doors?
