    does Wahesh recall if they keep treasure, or if they are in whole or part valuable?

    either way we should probably bag them up for proof for the mayor.

    ..and continue our looking around, especially the barrel if we did not get to it yet.

      also, ask our expert Wahesh if the glow color means anything.

      Wahesh does not know for sure. These may be different. Typically the light that they shed is green-yellow. These shed a more yellow-orange. Also, he does not recall them having any protection from fire.

      I assume the glands have a gold piece value. We stuff them in our abstracted PFS Loot Wagon.

      Unless someone has a problem with it, I'll take the sap.

      Finish searching the grove for clues.

    Wahesh is happy to answer all questions. I would add to it my questions:

    -if he knows about how large colonies of Fire Beetles tend to be -- 100/1,000/1,000,000?

    -If they live in underground borrows or above-ground nests? (as per Cando)

    -If they prey on people typically and are likely to have carried the apprentices back to their nest? Treasure?? (as per Bruceifer)

    -And if their glands can be used as a good light source substitute for torches. If so, I'd like to keep one as I have a premonition of underground and/or nocturnal adventuring :)

    Wahesh agrees that we should show the Mayor the bugs to let her know what she's dealing with.

    1) Yes, let's finish searching the orchard.
    2) Let's also see if that trail from the body that was dragged off to the south leads somewhere.
